What we do

Residential & commercial plumbing

Repairs, replacements and new work for homes and businesses.

Well pumps & pressure tanks

On a well instead of city water? We replace submersible pumps, service pressure tanks and switches, and fix low pressure, loss of water and the line from the well to the house. We pull the pumps ourselves.

Leaks & repairs

Burst and frozen pipes, leaks, loss of water and backed‑up lines. Call and we'll get to you as soon as we can.

Drain cleaning

Clogged sinks, toilets, tubs and kitchen lines, plus main sewer line stoppages.

Water heaters

Repair and replacement of tank and tankless water heaters — no hot water, hot water that runs out fast, or a leaking tank.

New installation

Plumbing for new construction, additions, remodels and re‑pipes, including fixtures, supply lines, drains and vents.

Pipe & sewer lines

Finding leaks, replacing damaged sections, and repairing water and sewer lines under the house or in the yard.

Fixtures & remodels

Installation and repair of faucets, toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, garbage disposals and outdoor spigots.

Also: shut‑off valves, frozen pipes and water lines. Don't see what you need? Give us a call.

Well service

Well pumps and pressure tanks

Many homes in this area get their water from a well. The pump, pressure tank, switch, wiring and the line to the house all have to work together, and when one part fails, the whole house can lose water.

We service all of it, including submersible pumps — and we pull and replace pumps ourselves. You won't be stuck waiting on a second company before your water comes back on.

If you have no water, the pump won't shut off, or your pressure has dropped, give us a call and describe what's happening. We can often narrow down the problem over the phone.

Call about your well
  • Submersible pump replacement The well job we're called for most. We pull the old pump and install the new one ourselves.
  • Pressure tanks & switches A waterlogged tank or a worn switch can cause the pump to cut on and off repeatedly.
  • No water at all The pump won't come on, the breaker keeps tripping, or nothing comes out of the tap. We find the cause and fix it.
  • Low water pressure Usually caused by the pressure tank, the switch or the pump.
  • The line from the well to the house Leaks and breaks in the buried line between the wellhead and the building.
  • New hookups Well system hookups for new construction, additions and replacement buildings.

Before we arrive

Have a leak? Do this first.

  1. Shut the water off. The main shut‑off is usually where the water line enters the house, or at the meter near the street.
  2. Turn off the power to the area if water is near outlets, the electrical panel or a water heater.
  3. Open a faucet on the lowest floor to drain the pressure from the pipes.
  4. Then call us. Describe what you see and we'll tell you what to expect.
